Terms of Service
The terms under which GoCrewIT LLC provides GoCheckLog.
These terms are published ahead of general availability and are not yet final. Sections marked below require legal review and business decisions that have not been made.
The service
GoCheckLog is operated by GoCrewIT LLC. Journey Monitor is a GoCheckLog module that reconstructs a customer journey from records in a HighLevel location you connect and authorize.
Pricing and billing
Pricing is $10/month or $96/year, according to the billing option you select when you subscribe.
Your subscription continues automatically on the billing option you selected until it is cancelled.
GoCheckLog is purchased through the HighLevel Marketplace, and HighLevel handles billing, refunds and cancellation for it. The terms below are HighLevel’s, not ours, and HighLevel applies them.
Refunds on an initial purchase. If you cancel within three days of your initial purchase, HighLevel provides a prorated refund.
Renewals. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once they have been processed. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
How to cancel or request a refund. Cancellations go through HighLevel’s Marketplace Cancellation Request Form, which asks for your purchase invoice number and your service details. Refund requests go through HighLevel Support. HighLevel may contact us about a request, and may decline a refund where it finds misuse or a breach of its terms.
We do not operate a separate billing or cancellation system, and we cannot process a refund on HighLevel’s behalf.
Your HighLevel connection
You must have the authority to connect and authorize the HighLevel location you provide access to. By connecting a location, you confirm that you have that authority.
GoCheckLog requests read-only access and does not create, edit or delete records in your HighLevel location.
What a diagnostic result is, and is not
Journey Monitor results depend on the information available through the systems and APIs you authorize. Where the available data cannot establish something, the result says so.
A GoCheckLog result is not a warranty that every component of your HighLevel configuration is functioning correctly. It reports what the available records show at the time of the inspection.
Third-party services
GoCheckLog depends in part on third-party services and APIs, including HighLevel. Availability, behaviour and the data those services expose are outside our control, and changes to them may affect what GoCheckLog can report.
Independence
GoCheckLog is an independent product from GoCrewIT LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel.
Service availability
GoCheckLog does not offer an uptime guarantee or a service level agreement, and none should be inferred.
GoCheckLog depends on HighLevel’s API to read the records it examines. When that API is unavailable, rate limited, or changed, it affects what GoCheckLog can do — up to and including being unable to complete an inspection. Those interruptions are outside our control.
We also do not publish a support response time. Contact details are on the support page.
What a result is, and what it is not
GoCheckLog’s output is informational. It reconstructs what the records available through your authorized HighLevel connection show at the time of the inspection, and it is intended to help you decide what to investigate next. It is not advice, not a certification, and not a warranty about your HighLevel configuration.
GoCheckLog cannot see workflow execution history. HighLevel does not expose workflow enrollment or individual execution steps, so GoCheckLog cannot report whether a workflow ran, which branch it took, or why it behaved as it did.
The absence of a record is not proof that something did not happen. A record may be missing because it was never created, because it was deleted, or because the available data does not expose it. GoCheckLog says what it could and could not establish rather than treating silence as an answer.
GoCheckLog never writes to HighLevel. It requests read-only access, and refuses a connection granting anything beyond it. It does not create, edit or delete any record in your location, and it cannot repair anything it finds.
Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoCrewIT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of GoCheckLog.
Our total liability for any claim relating to GoCheckLog is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
GoCheckLog is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify GoCrewIT LLC against claims arising from your use of GoCheckLog in breach of these terms, or from your connecting a HighLevel location you were not authorized to connect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. GoCrewIT LLC’s principal place of business is 4113 N Pontiac Ave, Chicago, IL 60634.
Not yet finalized. Dispute resolution — whether claims go to the courts of Illinois or to arbitration — has not been decided and is deliberately not stated.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and its commercial arrangements change. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
